Pirzada Alhaj Khwaja Mostafa Amir Faisal re-elected unanimously Zaker Party chief
DHAKA, June 28 (NsNewsWire) — Pirzada Alhaj Khwaja Mostafa Amir Faisal Mujaddedi has been reelected unanimously as Zaker Party’s Chairman.
Election Commissioner Abu Bakar Siddique Khan on Wednesday declared him re-elected as nobody contested.
Within the schedule’s announced time-limit, a single nomination-paper was submitted on behalf of Pirzada Alhaj Khwaja Mostafa Amir Faisal Mujaddedi for the election of Zaker Party’s Chairman. As this was the only valid nomination-paper submitted, the election comission declared him as the Chairman of Zaker Party. This election result will be placed in the Third National Council of Zaker Party, on 26 July, for its final endorsement in accordance with the party’s constitution. On this day, Pirzada Alhaj Khwaja Mostafa Amir Faisal Mujaddedi will be formally announced elected as Zaker Party’s Chairman.
In the election comission, members of Zaker Party’s National Standing Committee, Adv. Abdullah Shahadat Khan and Adv. Abdul Halim, acted as election comissioners, and Adv. A N M Maniruzzaman, Zaker Party’s Central Office Secretary, acted as returning officer.
