Letting and renting properties becomes easier in Bangladesh capital

has inaugurated its second marketplace in Uttara to provide specialized services to tenants and landlords,

According to a recent trend analysis shared by Bproperty, as much as 24% of Dhaka dwellers want to live
in Uttara and the second prioritized area is Mirpur with 20%. According to the data collected by
Bproperty over the course of 6 months, between October 2018 to March 2019, 53.66% of the total
demand for properties is for 1,500 sq. ft. flats and 74.14% for 3 bedroom apartments.
