China’s environment protection efforts boon for the world

China is taking a monumental leap in environmental protection. The nation has just issued a groundbreaking new guideline to accelerate its green and low-carbon transition and advance the development of a powerful national carbon trading market.

This guideline lays out a clear roadmap. By 2027, China’s carbon trading market is expected to be expanded to encompass all major industrial sectors. Looking ahead to 2030, the country is expected to have a fully established national carbon trading market based on a robust cap-and-trade system. This move is designed to encourage significant reductions in emissions and establish a fair and transparent pricing mechanism for carbon.

This bold step is not just a win for China, but an inspiration for the entire world. It’s a powerful statement that a brighter, greener future is within our reach. পরিবেশ সুরক্ষায় এক নতুন দিগন্ত উন্মোচন করতে চলেছে চীন। সম্প্রতি দেশটি তাদের সবুজ ও স্বল্প-কার্বন রূপান্তরকে ত্বরান্বিত করতে এবং একটি শক্তিশালী জাতীয় কার্বন ট্রেডিং বাজার গড়ে তোলার জন্য একটি যুগান্তকারী নির্দেশিকা জারি করেছে।

এই নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী, ২০২৭ সালের মধ্যে চীনের কার্বন ট্রেডিং বাজার সব প্রধান শিল্প খাতকে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করবে। আর ২০৩০ সালের মধ্যে দেশটিতে একটি শক্তিশালী ‘ক্যাপ-অ্যান্ড-ট্রেড’ ভিত্তিক জাতীয় কার্বন ট্রেডিং বাজার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে। এর মাধ্যমে কার্বন নিঃসরণ হ্রাসে উৎসাহিত করা হবে এবং একটি ন্যায্য ও স্বচ্ছ মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা হবে।

এই পদক্ষেপ কেবল চীনের জন্য নয়, পুরো বিশ্বের জন্য একটি অনুপ্রেরণা। যা আমাদের সবার জন্য এক উজ্জ্বল ও সবুজ ভবিষ্যৎ নিশ্চিত করবে।
