Anwar Group signs MOU with BIAC to help resolve commercial dispute

DHAKA, July 1 (NsNewsWire) —  Anwar Group of Industries has  signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC)  to extend support to its efforts on any dispute resolution using ADR methods.

The signing ceremony was held on Tuesday at the Head Office of Anwar Group.

Mahbubur Rahman, BIAC chairman,  and Manwar Hossain, group managing director of Anwar Group of Industries, signed the MOU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Anwar Hossain, chairman , and Hossain Khaled, director, of Anwar Group of Industries, who is also the current President of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), among others,  were present during the MOU signing ceremony.

The MOU will provide a framework to facilitate resolution of contractual and commercial disputes (if arises) of Anwar Group of Industries and its affiliated companies using ADR methods- namely Arbitration and Mediation, through expertise services of BIAC
