Bangladesh’s Robi brings Internet pack with unlimited validity

DHAKA, Sept. 4 (NsNewsWire) —  Robi has introduced internet pack with unlimited validity period

for the first time in the country. This first of its kind unique internet product is potentially a game

changer for the mobile telecom industry in terms of the way customers consume internet.

There are three different data volume available under the unlimited validity period offer. The 350

MB data volume is available at 99 taka and in order to activate the offer, one needs to dial

*123*99#. The 1GB internet offer is priced at 199 taka and one can activate this pack by dialing

*123*199#. The heavy data users can opt for the 2GB data pack which is valued at 299 taka and

can be activated by dialing *123*299#. 15% VAT, 1% Supplementary Duty and 3% Surcharge

will be added to the prices mentioned.

Customers can also purchase these internet packs using the easyload recharge priced at 124, 244

and 364 taka respectively. The easyload recharge prices are inclusive of 15% VAT, 1%

Supplementary Duty and 3% Surcharge.

It has been observed that many customers fail to exhaust the entire data volume available under

the internet products they purchase within the stipulated validity period. This often causes a

sense of resentment among the customers. As a customer centric company, Robi has taken an

initiative to address this area with the introduction of the internet pack with unlimited validity

period.
