Global Power tools brand Hitachi starts journey in Bangladesh

DHAKA, March 25 (NsNewsWire) — Hitachi Koki Ltd, the Japanese global brand has
started its journey in Bangladesh market aiming at supplying international
standard quality power tools to the country’s construction sector.
“We would like to penetrate Bangladesh market with our global standard
power tools as the country is developing fast with amazing economic uplift,”
Tomoaki Moro, Managing Director of Hitachi Koki India told journalists at a
press briefing at a local hotel in the capital today.
Abedin Equipment Ltd, a local company will represent Hitachi power tools
products in Bangladesh.
Dattatraya Joshi, Executive Director of Hitachi Koki India, Abedin
Equipment Executive Director Quazi Kamaluddin and Strategic Manager Kazi
N. Fardush also spoke at the briefing.
Mentioning that Hitachi Koki has nearly 20 percent of share in Indian
market regarding power tools, Joshi said they would like to munch a good share
in Bangladesh market as well in near future with quality products of Hitachi in
reasonable prices.
