Indian investigation agency team sits with Bangladesh officials

DHAKA, Nov. 17 (NsNewsWire) — A four-member Indian National Investigation Agency team which arrived in Dhaka on Monday afternoon on a two-day visit met Bangladesh’s Home Ministry officials and discussed bilateral security issues.
The team led by NIA Director General Sharad Kumar, is visiting Dhaka more particularly to share information it had received from Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terror outfit, which reportedly hatched a conspiracy kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and ex-Prime Minister Khaleda Zia.
The alleged assassination conspiracy was discovered after two members of the outlawed group were killed in an explosion in West Bengal in eastern India last month.
