Opportunity for foreign nationals to study at NID, India

DHAKA, Nov. 3 (NsNewsWire) — Following is the full text of Admission Notice (Academic Year 2017-18) in National Institute of Design, India:

 “The High Commission of India, Dhaka is pleased to announce that the National Institute of Design (NID), internationally acclaimed as one of the finest educational and research institutions for Industrial, Communication, Textile and IT Integrated (Experiential) Design, is offering admission to Bangladeshi nationals. NID, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, is the only design school in India which has been declared as an ‘Institution of National Importance’ by an Act of Parliament by virtue of the National Institute of Design Act, 2014. It has consistently been ranked as one of the top design colleges of the world.

Bangladeshi nationals wishing to pursue their full-time studies at NID may apply for the forthcoming admissions for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des.)/Master of Design (M.Des.) programme offered from NID’s campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Gandhinagar. Admissions are also open for Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD) offered from the new NID in Vijayawada and upcoming NID in Kurukshetra.
