Robi now offers Maya Apa Plus service over SMS & Mobile App

DHAKA, Feb. 6 (NsNewsWire) — Robi has launched Maya Apa Plus- https://goo.gl/LTW2OA-the personal digital wellbeing assistant in association with Maya Apa for its subscribers. Using this premium service, Robi subscribers can now get access to credible advice on personal, health or psychological issues.

The launching programme was held at Janata Tower Software Development Park, Karwan Bazar in Dhaka. Hon’ble State Minister for ICT Division, Zunaid Ahmed Palak attended the launching ceremony as the Chief Guest. Maya Apa’s Founder & CEO, Ivy Huq Russell and Robi’s Chief Corporate and People Officer, Matiul Islam Nowshad were present on the occasion.

Users can avail the service by subscribing to daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly packages from Robi. The service is exclusively available for Robi subscribers and is accessible through SMS and mobile app.

Getting credible advice on personal, health or psychological issues is often very difficult in our society. Such a situation in many instances puts the youth in a vulnerable position as they feel helpless for the want of expert advice that they would otherwise not get from the friends and family members.

Also available is an offline SMS based pay per use model to access the Maya Apa Plus services. The SMS service lets Robi users ask questions, on health and psychological issues, in either Bangla, English and Banglish. Besides, the service offers a subscription based SMS tips from the experts on health, psychosocial issues. The best feature of the service is that it allows users to remain anonymous while seeking advice on their personal matters.
